What is KINS Vbeam Laser Treatment?

Here’s a revised and natural combination of the two sections:

At KINS, we use the FDA-approved Vbeam Perfecta, an advanced pulsed dye laser technology designed to target redness and pigmentation in the skin. This laser specifically absorbs hemoglobin in red blood cells, converting the laser's energy into heat to close off blood vessels and visibly reduce redness.

With its 595nm wavelength, Vbeam Perfecta effectively treats a wide range of skin concerns, including hemangiomas, broken capillaries, rosacea, and pigmented acne scars. It’s also highly recommended for: Acne scars,Red scars, such as keloid scars,Skin redness,Rosacea,Pigmentation

To further enhance the effects of this treatment, combine it with KINS’ cutting-edge microbiome treatments for healthier, clearer skin that radiates from within.

How does it work?

01

The Vbeam Laser System

The Vbeam Laser System is a flashlamp-excited pulsed dye laser indicatedfor dermatological applications. It delivers pulsed laser energy at awavelength of 595nm that passes through the dermis and epidermis skinlayers and is absorbed by the oxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels ratherthan by the surrounding tissue.

02

Selective Photothermolysis

Selective Photothermolysis is the process of targeting a specificchromophore. Vbeam targets oxyhemoglobin. Ideally, the wavelengthselected for eradiation of vascular lesions is highly absorbed by the lesionand only minimally absorbed by other competing chromophores in the skin.

03

Pulse duration

By varying the pulse duration, treatments can be performed purpurically(with bruising) by rupturing the blood vessel, or sub-purpurically by slowlyheating the vessel causing coagulation of the blood vessel.

04

Unique micro-pulse design

The pulses delivered with the Vbeam can be divided into a maximum of8 micro-pulses, thus delivering the total energy with consistent, uniformdistribution across the entire pulse.

05

Treating pigmented lesions

Vbeam can be used to treat superficial, benign pigmented lesions by usinga special hand piece. The hand piece applies pressure to the area, causingbleaching of the underlying blood vessels. The 595nm laser, in the lack ofpresence of oxyhemoglobin will be now absorbed by the melanin in the skin.
